We had to empty the fruit part of our freezer yesterday so that we could freeze new fruit this year! So we made lollies, strawberry and cream lollies to be specific!
1tbsp lemon juice
Make a sugar syrup with the water and sugar by heating gently and stirring until dissolved. Put all but the cream in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Put a splosh of double cream into every lolly container. Fill with the strawberry mixture and freeze with a lolly stick in.
I have it on good authority from my son that these are yummy!
