Farmhouse Loaf

Incase the little man didn’t like the rye bread I am making today, I decided I should make a more normal loaf too! So I have made a farmhouse loaf.
320ml Water
425g White bread flour
75g Wholemeal bread flour
22ml Skimmed milk powder
7.5ml Salt
7.5ml Granulated sugar
25g Butter
5ml Easy blend yeast
1. Mix together the dry ingredients, add the butter and mix in.
2. Now add the water and mix to a dough.
3. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes then leave to rise for an hour or 2.
4. Shape into a loaf, place in a loaf tin and rise for 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 200c for 30 minutes until it sounds hollow when tapped.
