Finally got round to making my second ever loaf of sour dough….its a tad sour and didn’t rise brilliantly. Perhaps 500g starter was too much for one loaf! I might try adding yeast next time as it never seems to rise as it should, although the first loaf was better. It is very tasty though, I had it with a big bowl of chilli con carne soup and it was a perfect addition. I will post my recipe once perfected!
